Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide and perform the following services: 1. On-call plumbing/mechanical assignments. 2. Perform work in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances of local, state and federal authorities, and in accordance with the requirements of public utility corporations having jurisdiction over the work. 3. Obtain necessary permits, licenses and certificates and give notices as required during the performance of the work. Any permit fees originally paid by the contractor shall be included in the invoice along with a reasonable amount of time spent obtaining said permits. 4. Conduct operations with minimum interference to the employees of the building.
