Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Contractor will provide all equipment, labor, materials and any needed rental equipment to remove, replace anddispose of the existing HVAC units. The existing units are listed below: (see extent of new work below,everything demolished will be replaced under this contract)2.Contractor will provide and install:xFour (4) roof top packaged units as indicated in attached Specification. xFour (4) new roof curb adaptors. xFour (4) digital programmable thermostats xWhips xHardware xCondensate piping xInsulation xAny other miscellaneous materials needed for a fully functional system ā see specification 3.The power for this project is 208/230 three phase.xThe contractor will replace the existing disconnects and whips to each unit. xThe contractor is to verify all conduit will be of sufficient size to comply with National Electric Code (NEC) standard for the size wire needed to comply with the Minimum Circuit Ampacity (MCA) of the new units. 4.All control wiring will be replaced.5.Contractor will provide a new unit condensate drain(s) fabricated from type āLā copper pipe.6.Contractor will clean all existing supply and return grilles with appropriate disinfectant cleaner to remove all dirtand debris.7.Contractor will provide start-up, warranty on materials & labor.8.Contractor will provide an independent certified Test and Balance Company to perform a NEBB or AABCcertified test of the systems. See specification for requirements. And provide this report to DPS for approval.9.Contractor will remove all rooftop HVAC Gas Piping, and replace with like iron gas piping, painted highwayyellow, installed on proper roof, pipe support blocks, with pipe hangers, all per permits and local coderequirements.
