Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Pre-construction services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Additive alternates and multiple phasing may be considered, pending scope and budget availability. Anticipated scope of construction to be evaluated may include: a 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art lab space, office and administrative spaces, long term evidence storage and warehouse storage, and secured parking for staff/vehicle processing. Programming will be determined during the design/preconstruction phase with the selected design team and the initial construction scope may be at least partially based upon funding availability. Should programming and budget not align, there is potential for a phased project.
