Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Road dust abatement at various State Parks in the Region 1 Kalispell management area, as needed, average about 3,500 feet per year; • Cost includes all products, equipment, fuel, mobilization, demobilization, and all other costs associated with application of product; The dust control product to be used for this contract will be either Magnesium Chloride or Ammonium Lignosulfonate. • The dust abatement application must control the road dust a minimum of 4 months after application. If the applications fail before this time frame, the contractor will be required to reapply at the expense of the contractor; • .50 gallon per square yard minimum application rate required; • If using Magnesium Chloride, the solution must be a minimum of 30% concentration;
