Because concerns about futureenvironmental risks and liability can hinder redevelopment, the Pulaski CountyBrownfields seeks to minimize the uncertainty surrounding actual or perceivedcontamination associated with these brownfield sites. To accomplish these programgoals, the Pulaski County Brownfields seeks a Qualified Environmental Professionalwith the following qualifications:Experience with EPA funded brownfield assessment activitiesProvides project management and community outreach servicesConducting ASTM E1527-13 Phase I and Phase II Environmental SiteAssessmentsReview of brownfield activities and deliverablesSupporting the resolution of any environmental site risksPreparing an inventory of potential brownfield sites within Pulaski CountyDevelopment of clean-up plansSubmittal of monthly written updates of brownfield sites assessedTravel maybe required to brownfield project sites within Pulaski CountyReports to Pulaski County Brownfield Program Administrator
