Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is accepting proposals for a complete student lifecycle customer relationship management (CRM) system(s) with a student marketing/recruitment and retention component (e.g. marketing automation, early alert program, tracking student progress toward degree/certificate completion, student appointment system for student services, RSVP portal for events, etc.) that will be compatible with the colleges’ Student Information System (Oracle Campus Solution), Learning Management System (Canvas), Microsoft Teams and Digital Experience Platform (Squiz) and can be built on an open platform for higher education. Additionally, CSN is seeking a frontend capability that will integrate with the CSN SIS to improve the student experience with the class registration process.
