Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove approximately 34,000 square feet of existing spray-in-place foam and wood fiberboard of the Oak Ridge High School G-Building and other Work indicated in the Contract Drawings and Section 02 4119 “Selective Demolition” and properly dispose of offsite. Remove and replace all identified damaged existing decking, including tectum decks, gypsum decks, and metal decks. Remove and replace deteriorated wood components scheduled to remain. Remove abandoned roof curbs and miscellaneous equipment as identified by owner. Fill in deck openings with compatible decking materials. Provide and install base sheet over tectum and gypsum deck per specifications and manufacturer’s requirements. Provide and install new PVC thermoplastic roof system per specifications and manufacturer’s requirements. Provide and install new sheet metal flashings and counter flashings per specifications. Provide and install new guardrails systems at locations as designated on specifications.
