Specifications include, but are not limited to: EQUIPMENT 1. The Vendor shall retain title to the equipment. Owner agrees to not moving, disconnecting, or tampering with the equipment unless authorized by the Vendor. The location, quantity, and type of equipment maybe changed upon mutual written agreement by both parties. INSTALLATION 1. Vendor shall be responsible for coordinating their configuration with the Owner, access providers, and other integrators whose systems will interact. If problems occur during implementation or commissioning, Vendor will be responsible for ongoing/additional coordination regarding configuring, testing, and troubleshooting of related/ inter-related devices until a resolution acceptable to the Owner is achieved. 2. Consult with the Owner’s Representative as to the method of completing work so as to avoid interfering with the Owner’s operation. 3. The Vendor shall provide all miscellaneous items and accessories required to make the system operational whether or not such items are specifically mentioned in the plans or specifications.
