Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing technical assistance to evaluate current healthy relationship grants and other youth program activities individually against each program's requirements, but also as a whole to see the impact on youth in South Dakota. This technical assistance will help the Department of Health better align resources, improve individual programs and collective effectiveness. Provide comprehensive evaluation plans, document program implementation, identify best practices and areas for improvement, measure increased understanding about the following youth Healthy Relationship programs: • State Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) • Title V Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) • General Departmental Sexual Risk Avoidance Education • Rape Prevention Education (RPE).
