Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking an armored courier service provider for locations listed in Exhibit C with the option to add armored courier service at additional future locations. Armored courier services include, but are not limited to, the pickup and delivery of deposits to banks, the pickup and delivery of cash bags between State locations, and the delivery of currency and coins from banks to State locations. The State is seeking tiered pricing for armored courier pickup based upon the number of weekly pickups. The State requires tiered pricing discounts be reapportioned back to all armored courier locations as the State progressively exceeds the tiers during the length of any resultant contract. All agencies are located within the borders of Rhode Island. The winning bidder must be flexible and willing to adjust frequency of pickup in the event of a change of cash flow at the agency. Any issues with pickup must be resolved within 24 hours and both a designated service person and a designated billing person should be provided for the State to contact should any issues arise. The state requires agreement by the winning bidder to honor contract terms and pricing for the State as future service locations are added.
