Specifications include, but are not limited to: The base bid Scope of Work consists of furnishing all labor and materials for replacing a section of condensate piping beneath Columbia Road. This includes all excavation, demolition, and backfill associated with replacement of the piping. Major material required for the base bid includes installation of new 4” pre-engineered condensate piping. Method of installation for new piping shall be by horizontal directional boring techniques. The alternate Scope of Work consists of furnishing all labor and materials for replacing condensate piping from the end of base-bid piping East of Columbia Road to MH 1-10, along with branch piping to the Delta Gamma building. This includes all excavation, demolition, and backfill associated with replacement of the piping. Major material required for the alternate bid includes installation of new 4” and 2” pre-engineered condensate piping. Method of installation for new piping shall be by trench and backfill techniques.
