The scope of work is intended to describe specific expectations and services that the successful offeror will be responsible for completing once awarded. Successful offeror shall: Identify evaluation methodology for data collections, measurement, and analysis of all grant activities. Develop a method to manage data for monitoring key data elements for completion of annual program evaluation. Collect and monitor key data elements for completion of annual program evaluation. Monitor and track progress towards the activities and objectives of the project. Develop specific performance measures to understand the impact of all identified outcomes for the REIL project. Create annual written report on grant performance indicators. Complete quarterly reports on performance indicators to the REIL advisory group. Collaborate with the ND Part C grant coordinator and grant partners to finalize reporting and dissemination. Prepare the written annual and final performance report on the impact and progress indicators of all REIL project outcomes.
