Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Notify DNREC with 10 day Retrofit Notification Form • Remove two dispensers and drain fuel piping back to tank sump • Remove entire concrete island, steel island form and remove both dispenser sumps • Cap Stage 2 vapor recovery piping and abandon in place • Retrieve and analyze one soil sample below each sump • Sawcut and remove apron concrete as needed on one side of island to allow new sump installation over existing fuel piping • Supply and install new sumps and pipe entry fittings • Test both sumps water with water • Supply and set painted Stainless-Steel Island Forms, backfill sumps with pea gravel and pour concrete • Supply and install two new Gasboy 9853 twin hose electronic dispensers with pulse outputs, standard non-Vapor-recovery hoses, swivels, nozzles, breakaways, hose retrievers
