Specifications include, but are not limited to: Workforce and Professional Development Training CCRI’s Center for Workforce and Community Education (CWCE) is recruiting for experienced training professionals/consultants to be available on an as-needed basis to design, develop and facilitate a variety of professional development workshops and programs for organizations anywhere from one (1) hour to six (6) months or more. Candidates may be paid per hour, per diem, or per project based on the nature of the contract. Responsibilities include: development and/or delivery of programs using a variety of instructional and performance support methods. Interested programs include but are not limited to: organizational and leadership development, skills training, team building, change management, performance management, customer service, emotional intelligence, communications, computer software and other IT-related programs, manufacturing-related subjects, and other topics that may be of interest to corporate clients and area organizations. Organizational training can take place during weekdays, evenings, or occasionally weekends, at corporate locations or at one of CCRI's four campuses. Please provide your availability for scheduling during all of these times. Organizational commitments to training programs are frequently in a state of flux and uncertainty. Unless confirmed in writing by CWCE, instructor cannot assume any future CCRI training assignments for any purpose other than general discussion. Instructors must, at all times, represent CCRI in a positive manner. Promotion of the benefits of CCRI training, in general terms, is encouraged. However, promotion of any non-CCRI program or course of study is to be avoided. It is expected that instructors will be dedicated professionals and will share the CWCE’s commitment to quality customer service and continual improvement.
