Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Park System will provide all cleaning materials, solutions and supplies. The Vendor agrees that any damage or injury to buildings, materials, and equipment or to other property during the performance of this service will be repaired at their own expense. All services performed under any awarded Contract(s) shall be performed as described in Exhibit B, Locations and Requirements. The Vendor may schedule work during other work times, provided that they obtain prior approval of the Facility Contact Person. The Vendor will be required to work holidays, unless otherwise agreed upon by the using agency. Daily rate will apply to any holiday worked. Maintenance for all Hampton Beach State Park Bathhouses. (Hampton Beach State Park, North Beach & North Hampton) At 5PM, the cleaners will do their first cleaning of all bathrooms on park property. At the designated closing times, park staff will lock all bathrooms dirty. At 6PM, the contracted cleaners can start at the Oceanfront Bathhouse and begin cleaning the bathroom. Once completed they can shut off all lights and lock the doors. From the Oceanfront, the cleaners can move on to North Hampton, North Beach, North, South and then end at the Seashell.
