Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1 The Offeror shall provide a video surveillance system, cameras, hardware, and equipment compatible with NDSCS’s existing i3 system on the Wahpeton Campus and NDSCS Fargo location. Cameras, hardware, and equipment will be replaced as items fail. 3.2.2 Offeror shall include design and installation services to integrate NDSCS’s existing i3 video surveillance system and equipment into their proposed system. Installation must be provided to both NDSCS Campus, Wahpeton, ND and NDSCS Location, Fargo, ND. 3.2.3 System “Must Have” Requirements: a) The system software should store data to either an onsite DVR system or to a Video Surveillance as a service (VSaaS) system. b) Ideally, proposals should be provided for DVR and/or VSaaS and/or hybrid options. Consideration of current limitations, as well as potential for future growth and network improvement (including greater reliance on cloud-based storage) should be addressed. c) Data storage should allow at least 30 days or longer of video to be stored and easily accessible to NDSCS staff.
