Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal is to solicit vendor responses for the following 2 options: 1. OPTION A: Supply and install an Electro-Magnetic (EM) Detection System as upgrade to the system currently in place. 2. OPTION B: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Detection System and associated products that will be required for conversion to RFID. Proposed system must work in conjunction with the Library’s Integrated Library System (ILS), Sierra, by Innovative Interfaces Inc. Among other benefits, the proposed system should: Offer significant productivity gains through reduction in labor-intensive workflow processes; Improve inventory and shelving accuracy; Provide remote access to detailed reports and configuration tools.
