Demolition and removal of entire foundation down to a depth of 3’ (three feet) below existing grade. a. Demolish foundationb. Remove deleterious material and replace with clean fill to within 2’ (two feet) of final grade.c. Provide and place 24” of approved loam as graded topsoil.4. Loam, Level, and seed disturbed areas.5. Proper and legal disposal of all materials at solid waste facilities licensed to accept each type/s of waste generated. a. Provide proof of proper disposal in the form of manifests, weight slips, and invoices.
