Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor to provide pricing for both – mulch mowing weekly and biweekly, beginning in April 2021 through October 31, 2021. RHA will choose the option that is in the best interest of the RHA. Dates subject to change with late bidding process and weather conditions. 2. Complete mowing of each site shall include: a. Complete mulch mowing of all turf areas, mower to be set at a height of 2.5” to 3”. b. Edging along all sidewalks and curbs. c. Trimming around all sprinkler heads. d. Trimming of turf areas at landscaping and around trees and shrubs. e. Mowers shall exercise care when trimming around trees and shrubs. f. Damage to existing trees as a result of the contractor’s work, will be sufficient cause to cancel this contract.
