Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Mowing of all accessible turf areas as shown in marked sections of Attachment 1. This is all short Bermuda Grass. Grass height shall be cut between 3 and 3 1/2 inches. Visible clippings shall be mulched or bagged and removed. B. Trimming in all areas not accessible by mowers to include, but not limited to, around all headstones, buildings, poles, posts, trees, etc., taking care not to damage any items, especially the headstones. Trimming heights shall match mowing height. C. Litter removal in all turf areas. This shall include, but is not limited to, grass, weeds, paper goods, and any other small debris. D. Mowing and trimming should be accomplished in a manner to keep streets, sidewalks, building entryways and vehicles free from debris. These areas shall be cleaned with a blower as necessary to remove clippings, dust, debris, etc. after mowing is complete.
