Specifications include, but are not limited to: The portal must: • be a hosted application with real-time integration to and from Black Knight MSP via Web Services; • allow RIHousing’s customers to access their RIHousing mortgage loan information including loan transaction history, monthly billing statements, and IRS Form 1098 Mortgage Interest Statements; • provide customers with the option to receive e-mail alerts of system transactions; • allow access via online and through a mobile application that is compatible with iOS and Android; • provide payment confirmation via secure e-mail, text message, and the United States Postal Service; • communicate with customers via e-mail and text message; and • allow for secure single sign-on capability and either self-service or agent-assisted password reset.
