Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliverable One: Measurable progress of the VT State Plan for Independent Living (VT SPIL) Goals, Objectives and Activities Contractor will work in collaboration with VT SILC membership and its various sub-committees to provide services that further the goals, objectives and activities listed in the VT SPIL. Possible subject areas include: Housing, Healthcare, Transportation, Mental Health, Voting Access, Transition Services, and Dept. of Corrections. Deliverable Two: Measurable expansion of Independent Living direct services in Vermont Contractor will work in collaboration with VT SILC and existing IL service providers to expand Independent Living services in the state of Vermont. Deliverable Three: Measurable expansion of contractor organization Contractor will demonstrate via reporting how this contract has facilitated expansion of services and/or operations within its organization.
