Specifications include, but are not limited to: Required Routine Tasks Exterior of Building Each Day of Service: • Police all entrances, steps, ramps, walkways for the facility; pick up trash, debris, cigarette butts, empty butt buckets, ect.; Each Day of Service, Sections A, B and C Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, Sections D, E, F. Once a Week on Friday, Sections G and H. • Empty wastebaskets/containers, collect trash and recyclables, replace soiled liners daily. • Sanitize waste containers as needed. • Dry mop or sweep ALL tile floors. • Damp mop ALL tile floors. • Spot vacuum carpeted traffic areas. • Spot clean and hand clean carpets. • Spot clean (remove finger prints, smudges, ect.) interior glass. • Using a clean, unused cloth, clean and sanitize drinking fountains (Cleaning Slop Sinks, Vending Machines and Drinking Fountains Custodial Services General Specifications). • Clean vending area. • Clean and sanitize public counter top
