Specifications include, but are not limited to: Manage the Vermont Children’s Trust Fund grant program for private non-profit and public organizations to provide prevention program services to children from birth to age 18 across the state. 3.1.1.In consultation with the State, create a selection process, criteria, and selection committee to solicit and review proposals for prevention programs by September 1, 2021. 3.1.1.1. Issue an annual, open competitive announcement of the availability of grant funds. 3.1.1.2. Develop grant application for recipient programs. 3.1.1.3. Demonstrate how they will use funds to implement prevention programs, manage the funds effectively, and report on funded activities. 3.1.1.4. Develop a process to collect population-level data from recipient programs including but not limited to race and gender of children served. Ensure the selection committee includes a representative from the State. 3.1.2.Develop a process to solicit, review and provide technical assistance to selected recipient programs. 3.1.2.1. Provide technical assistance training on grant application process to potential recipient programs.
