Lubricants, oils, windshield washer fluid, brake fluid, cleaning, shop towels, glue, etc. Tires – automobiles, trucks, buses, forklifts, tractors, etc. Vendors proposing for tires must be able to dispose of used, surplus tires according to federal guidelines. Prompt pick-up and delivery of tires and service-related issues are essential. Pricing shall include all labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary to perform tire services. Additional value added or incentive programs, such as offering casing credits, or free tire rotations, or minor repairs/patching, will be considered. o New Tires. Vendors proposing for new tires should provide complete pricing information and a full description of their process.
