Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The existing TPO membrane roof system would be sliced at the seams and removed. 2. Inspect the exposed existing insulation; any replacement required would be done for an extra cost per time and material or square foot rates. 3. Install one (1) layer of ½” high density polyisocyanurate cover board; mechanically attached over the prepared insulation per manufacturer’s specifications. 4. KD wood blocking would be added at perimeters matching the height of the new cover board as required. 5. Existing perimeter wood blocking would be left in place and re‐used. Any replacement required would be done for an extra cost per time and material or lineal foot rates. (please submit rates) 6. Install a new adhered 060 black EPDM roof system over the new cover board per manufacturer’s specifications. 7. Install new custom fabricated 040 aluminum edge at roof perimeters. 8. Properly flash and terminate existing roof top penetrations, parapet walls, and abutting walls per manufacturer’s specifications. 9. Properly flash and terminate the new EPDM roof system to adjacent existing EPDM roof systems. 10. Roof drains would be re‐used/ re‐flashed as required. 11. Upon completion and inspection, the manufacturer’s standard twenty (20) year labor and material and the installing contractor’s two (2) year commercial warranties would be issued.
