Establish an evidence-based training curriculum with lesson plans and training aids to be approved by the Council. Work with the data analyst to identify areas of concern in the quality of Vermont’s data set and establish training that addresses those… Creating monthly status reports for the Council and FIP Sub-Committee Work with stakeholders to ensure the needs of both the agencies and the public are met. Provide direct instruction in a classroom setting, and if needed via remote instruction. Provide technical assistance as needed to all Vermont law enforcement agencies as questions or concerns related to traffic stop race data collection arise to create a seamless process and deeper level of understanding of the importance of a complete/quality dataset.
