Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tasks include: Working with the OWINN team and partners to coordinate effective outreach around various program and grant funded efforts including Project SANDI, State Apprenticeship, Rural Healthcare Career Pathways, work-based learning, and other programs and training available for dislocated workers. Deliver a written public relations and media campaign to the Lifeworks Committee and OWINN team to include: Creative use and utilization of technology (mobile and social media) to recommend innovative ways to communicate to Nevada’s diverse communities effectively and quickly, especially in traditionally underserved communities that have been the hardest hit by the pandemic. A communication plan to include innovative tactics and tools that can be used to identify, report, track, and rapidly respond to misinformation and encourage individuals to access programs and resources.
