Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor is responsible for providing the following consulting services and products for the duration of this agreement: The Vendor shall provide a Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing the Vendor’s responsibilities identified in this Scope of Work. The Vendor shall provide input into the development of project artifacts including: an issue and risk plan, communication plan, and other project management documents. The Vendor shall revise the Project Schedule with key milestone dates whenever there is an approved change to a key milestone date of more than one (1) week. To facilitate the Vendor getting on-board at the SOS, the Vendor shall review the SOS-provided baseline documentation. The Vendor shall develop a Deliverable Expectation Document (DED), using the SOS provided format, prior to the development of each deliverable for which a payment is associated. The Vendor shall provide a weekly dashboard status report using the SOS template to the SOS Project Manager that identifies at a minimum: Schedule Variances (Actual and Anticipated) and denote the following by some sort of indicators (e.g. color): Key milestone dates that are on schedule or ahead of schedule (e.g. indicator color or text “GREEN”). Key milestone dates that are likely to fall behind schedule (e.g. “Yellow”). Key milestone dates that are behind schedule (e.g. “Red”). New and outstanding key issues, with status, mitigation strategy and responsible party for each. Key risks with status, mitigation strategy and responsible party for each. Change Requests. Accomplishments achieved during the reporting period. Planned accomplishments not achieved during the reporting period. Planned accomplishments for the next reporting period. The Vendor shall attend the following meetings as needed and requested by the SOS: weekly project team, weekly sponsor, monthly Project Steering Committee, staff information sessions and other meetings as required. The Vendor shall provide information and/or report progress to the VREMS Steering Committee as requested by the SOS. The Vendor shall schedule, facilitate and provide meeting notes for all team working sessions. Upon identification of an issue that may impact the schedule, scope or cost of the project, the Vendor shall notify the SOS. Vendor and the SOS discussions will ensue to determine the impact of the issue and whether or not a Work Authorization, will be required to rectify the situation. Within ten (10) business days of receipt of an SOS initiated Work Authorization, the Vendor shall respond in writing, notifying The SOS of any cost and schedule impacts. The Vendor shall use the SOS process for gaining Acceptance of Deliverables/Tasks as stated in Attachment J Section 3.6 Deliverable Submission and Review Process of this SOW. Majority of work will be performed on site at the SOS headquarters 101 N. Carson St, Carson City, NV.
