Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is in preparation for planned upgrades at Mount Philo State Park. Part of the upgrades will be rearranging the entrance and expanding the existing lower parking lot. Another part of this project will include Summit improvements including pathways and other upgrades. The project area has no delineated wetlands or hydric soils mapped on the Vermont ANR Atlas, but site conditions suggest the presence of wetlands. This project will involve four parts: identifying the presence of wetlands in the two project areas, delineating the wetlands (if found present), providing GPS coordinates, and applicable application preparation, coordination, and submittal, with an end goal of an approved wetlands permit. Proposals should be broken into applicable segments to allow one or two of these parts to be removed as the site determines.
