Specifications include, but are not limited to: Diesel Fuel Bid The product will be dyed low sulfur diesel that meets ASTM DM396-92 with maximum sulfur content by weight that does not exceed 0.05 percent and contains a premium diesel additive (Roadmaster, Fieldmaster, Wintermaster or equal). Number 2 diesel fuel will be delivered to all sites until Number 1 fuel becomes available. At this time, the outside generators will receive Number 1. The words SULFUR < 0.05% and either Roadmaster, Fieldmaster or Wintermaster MUST appear on all Bills of Lading. We are required to have a copy of the Bill of Lading for each delivery. On occasion, the Steam Plant at UND will need fuel. They currently have 4 (Four) Tanks holding 15,000 Gallons each. These will be for the boilers at the Steam Plant. Number 2 fuel will be used here. The University of North Dakota will need 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Normally orders will be placed during the regular business hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday.
