Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project scope of work consists of mobilization; approximately 104,000 CY of placement, 25,200 SY of geocomposite drainage layer installation, 53,900 SY of 60 mil. HDPE geomembrane installation, 18,300 CY of sand drainage layer placement, installation of leachate/dewatering pumping systems and associated electrical infrastructure, installation of associated piping systems to support landfill operations, and related items. Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bidder’s bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2-05(4), North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law.
