Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Kitchen: Clean and degrease the surface and interior of the stove, refrigerator/freezer and the range hood/vent. This will include removing and washing any and all pieces, separately. If drip pans need replacement, contractor will notify the BHSU Summer Conferences Coordinator, with that information, including the building and apartment number. The range must be cleaned on the top surface, as appropriate to the surface, drip pans (if any), under the stove lid, and interior of stove drawer and oven. All external surfaces, of appliances, should be cleaned on the tops and sides. Appliances need to be cleaned under and behind, as well as cleaning the top, front and interior of all kitchen cabinets, including under the sink, and clean the sink and faucets. Disinfect all surfaces, with particular attention to high-touch areas B. Bathroom: Clean the sink, bathtub or shower, and the toilet, including all surfaces, faucets/fixtures, clean mirrors, clean bathroom vent and clean top, front and interior of any cabinets, including drawers. Disinfect all surfaces, with particular attention to high-touch areas. C. Bedrooms: Clean the dressers, including inside the drawers and all external surfaces, closet shelves, beds and all doors. Vacuum the floor, including inside the closet. Disinfect all surfaces, with particular attention to high-touch areas.
