Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The annual summer schedule is from May 15 through Labor Day weekend. We would expect the schedule to have a minimum season of mid-June through Labor Day. A schedule outside of this schedule is permissible upon prior approval of the City. B. The concession agreement would include use of power, only. All garbage, compost, and water expenses are the sole responsibility of the concessionaire. Concessionaire is responsible for picking up trash twice daily within 50’ of the concession area. Concessionaire is responsible for managing any customer line to not interfere or block City sidewalks or streets. D. Proposals for service(s) rendered shall meet all city, state, and federal regulations, licensing and insurance requirements, and be of a type expected and accepted by visitors to Waterfront Park and Burlington in general.
