Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Human Services (AHS), Department for Children and Families (DCF), Family Services Division (FSD)(hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide Substance Abuse Testing Services statewide or within specific regions of the state, that may include one or more of the following services: the observation, collection and secured transportation of urine specimens to Vermont Department of Health Laboratory (VDHL) for processing and analysis, the observation and collection of urine specimens using urine drug test cups provided by VDHL, and/or the distribution of the rapid saliva test kits to DCF/FSD district offices provided by the vendor.
