Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The project consists of Lake Hills Lift Station Rehabilitation: Remove existing drywell mounted pumps and reinstall in existing wetwell. Abandon existing drywell and salvage equipment. Backfill drywell with fill material as specified. Rehabilitate wetwell interior with the application of a new liner. Remove all wetwell interior equipment and material including platform, vent piping, and railing. Install pumps with guide rails, cables, discharge piping, and new valve & meter vault. Replace wetwell lid including hatch and vent to accommodate the removal of the pumps. Provide new valve and meter vault to include new valves, associated piping and fittings, and flowmeter. Tie-in 10” force main from the new meter vault to existing lift station force main. Replace station control panel and all electrical components excluding the existing generator automatic transfer switch. Electrical to include a new manual transfer switch and pin-and-sleeve connection for portable generator.
