Specifications include, but are not limited to: **All units to haveEconomizer Feature,Hail Guard, and built in GFI Circuit.**All electrical disconnects to the unit must be replaced with Non-Fusible Disconnectsunless unithas a built-in service disconnect in which case an exterior disconnect will not be necessary. **Provideand install curb adapter if needed.**Replace existing PVC condensate drains with copper piping(minimum type M)and all drains to include proper drain trap and vent. Install required pipe support stands as neededto meet maximumdistancing requirement. **All gas line connections to unit must be rigid connection (no flexible hose connectors will be accepted). **Installer will perform manufacturer recommended "startup" procedureon all installed units and submit all forms to owner as part of closeout andwarranty documents.** All units currently have GPS Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization Device installed, Contractor will remove device from existing system and reinstall in the new unit.
