Specifications include, but are not limited to: This program encompasses only engineering improvements, renovations, repairs and replacements for all buildings administered by the Department of Health and Social Services. Engineering work mainly consists of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work, with only a minor amount of structural and civil-type work. As a condition of the contract, the selected engineering firm will be expected to work cooperatively with a separately-contracted architectural firm(s) on multi-disciplinary projects. Additional services will be defined as required. Construction administration and oversight services will also be provided during the project. This contract is for Fiscal Year 2022, and the Office of Management and Budget will retain the option to award to multiple vendors and to renew the contract annually through Fiscal Year 2025.
