Specifications include, but are not limited to: Department of Services for Children, Youth & Their Families; Department of Safety and Homeland Security; Administrative Office of the Courts - Minor Capital Improvements/Deferred Maintenance Program. This program encompasses architectural and engineering improvements, renovations, repairs and replacements for all buildings administered by the following agencies: Department of Services for Children, Youth & Their Families; Department of Safety and Homeland Security; Administrative Office of the Courts. This contract will be for Fiscal Year 2022, and the Office of Management and Budget will retain the option to award to multiple vendors and to renew the contract annually through Fiscal Year 2025.
