Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DVH desires to construct a dental suite to meet the dental service needs of the facility population, as well as possibly serving some veterans not currently residing at the home. The project consists of renovations to approximately 3100 sf of the existing building and a 2400 sf one-story addition. This space is proposed to include three exam stations, with at least one being wheelchair accessible, lab space, office space, and a waiting area. An architectural/engineering firm has already begun design of the proposed renovations and additions. Work will include, but not be limited to, sitework, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection
