Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction includes all administrative work as required by Division one general requirements; demolition of central plant equipment including chillers, cooling tower, pumps, heat exchanger, expansion tank, chemical treatment system, ice storage system, and associated piping; installation of new chillers, cooling tower, pumps, expansion tank, piping, and chemical treatment system. Provide a temporary chiller to maintain cooling to building per phasing plan and construction documents. Included is connecting the new equipment to the existing controls system. Included is also the architectural, plumbing, electrical and structural modifications to support these equipment replacements. No materials storage and no free parking is available at this site.
