Specifications include, but are not limited to: Photographer will photograph all faculty/staff/administraon and provide ID cards and a full faculty photo at no addional cost. Photographer will provide IDs for the following general categories in each school: Student Teacher, Substute Teacher, Parent Volunteer, Visitor. Photographer will provide ID cards for students in schools where required. All ID cards will be in JPEG format. The file name will be the student ID. Photographer will provide the district with a soware program to create IDs within district. Photographer will provide replacements for lost IDs. Photographer will offer for purchase a minimum of three (3) packages specified by the provider, but without obligaon for purchase. Photographer will offer “hardship” packages on an as needed basis. Photographer will offer a “no quesons asked” return policy for students, parents/guardians. Photographer will offer free retakes or a full refund. Photographer will accept late orders at no charge. Photographer will offer and delineate a discount for a family with more than three (3) children in the school district e.g. the purchase of three (3) sets of photographs will entle all remaining students of the same family to free sets (in excess of three) regardless of the size of the family.
