Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Rout and fill in all cracks, in and around the playing surface with concrete fortified E330 Acrylic Binder (or equivalent, please specify). Shim repaired cracks apply ELITE-Fill crack repair system (or equivalent, please specify). Fill hairline cracks with ELITE-Crack rubberized liquid filler (or equivalent, please specify). 2. Fill in all cracks around net post footing with job mix crack filler and apply one coat of ELITE-Crack (or equivalent, please specify). 3. Supply and Install Crack Repair System to structural cracks with a minumum guarantee against cracks re-opening. 4. Clean Surface to prepare for painting 5. Total area on seven (7) courts to receive 1 coat of premier sports resurfacer according to manufactuer specifications to fill in surface voids and act as a prime coat for the color system. 6. Total area on seven (7) courts to received two coats of Premier Sports surface (or equivalent) Color topcoat (Blue/Dark Green). Texture to contain the proper amount of sand to provide a tough wearing base, top coat to contain proper amount of pigment to give a long lasting and attractive surface
