Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho State Police (ISP) is seeking information regarding offerings from firms who provide Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and integrated public safety solutions that have a proven performance and implementation record. The COTS public safety solution refers to one that would be highly configurable but does not require extensive customization to meet the state’s requirements. The solution is to include the following: Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile Data System (MDS), and Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS). The system must also include electronic Field-based Reporting (FBR), Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) technology and capable of interfacing to other critical third-party applications.
