Specifications include, but are not limited to: providing a new Roof Covering & associated components that include roof membrane, protection board, rigid insulation, flashing, utility line/conduit support stanchions, roof drain cover(s), sealants, curbs (where indicated), backer rod & sealant at exterior concrete masonry walls (typical) and exterior perimeter door and window openings. Furthermore, any associated recommendations and repairs to existing HVAC & Electrical & Plumbing systems components located on roof of the Main Classroom Building and Central Plant Yard, that are identified on the mechanical, plumbing & electrical drawings/specifications are included. The central plant yard will remove and replace the existing cooling tower & it’s structural support. HVAC controls will be upgraded/replaced as per drawings and specifications. Other central plant components will be cleaned/refurbished or replaced as indicated on mechanical / plumbing / electrical drawings and specifications. Other HVAC components on top of Classroom Building’s Roof(s) will be cleaned/refurbished or replaced as indicated on mechanical / plumbing / electrical drawings and specifications.
