Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ice Supply and Vending Services for Vermont State Parks 1.10.1. Be timed and coordinated to meet the needs of each individual Park. 1.10.1.1. Available as on Call Service or Auto Delivery option 1.10.1.1.1. If service is an on-call basis contractor shall provide product within the contract time period. 1.10.2. Be a volume that is commensurate with anticipated sales prior to the next delivery. 1.10.2.1. Vermont State Parks are a sessional operation, and ice demand changes with attendance, weather and time of year. The State would expect the vendor to be able to understand and reasonable track use over the season and adjust stocking levels appropriately, especially as the parks reach the end of the season, facilities close, sales end and storage units are de-energized for the season. 1.10.2.1.1. If vendor is not able to adjust stocking levels and maintains inventory levels that are reasonably excessive, the vendor shall remove and provide a credit for ice removed and disposed by the state.
