Specifications include, but are not limited to: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Downtown Area Redevelopment Project. The project includes reconstruction of the 3rd Street Parking Lot and streetscape improvements along Curry Street between Musser and 5th. Work includes but is not limited to undergrounding of overhead power lines, replacements of sidewalks, driveways, and curb ramps, landscaping and irrigation, street lighting, replacement of existing water meter boxes, fire hydrants, and associated components, replacement of existing storm drain pipe, modifications to existing storm drain inlets, and addition of a storm drain manhole. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto. All contractors must comply with NRS 338.01165 for this project, unless a modification, waiver, or exemption applies.
