Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work consists of the construction of, but not limited to, all administrative work required by the general requirements for selective demolition, of an approximately 3,600 square foot, existing single story CMU building previously housing Spring Mountain Youth Camp Housing and all associated roof top and interior equipment, paving, landscape, proper removal and disposal of debris and restorative site work, and construction of a new 3,557 square foot CMU Congregate Living Facility consisting of central living room with 5 youth bedrooms, one adult bedroom, common restroom with showers, staff restroom with shower, kitchen with grease hood, dining room, counseling room, administrative office, custodial room, IT room, and sprinkler riser room.
