Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roof Work - Strip existing shingle roof system, removing all shingles (1 layer). Area is approximately 9,200 square feet. Remove and replace all drip edge (525’ perimeter). Install 6’ of ice shield (and along hips and valleys). Install new 30-year architectural shingle roof system. Area is approximately 9,200 square feet with a 4’ pitch. Install ridge vent with cap. Flash all components to comply with said roof system specifications. Remove all staging, dispose of all generated debris and leave worksite clean and neat as found. All methods and materials used shall be in accordance with the manufacturing specifications. All bids shall contain specification sheets for all materials used.
