Specifications include, but are not limited to: pilot one (1) season service contract to provide food concessions at Leddy Beach within the framework of a food truck or cart plus optional separated area for dining. Based on mutual interest, the contract could extend to an additional two (2) seasons if the pilot is successful. A. The annual summer schedule is from May 15 through Labor Day weekend. We would expect the schedule to have a minimum season of mid-June through Labor Day. A schedule outside of this schedule is permissible upon prior approval of the City. B. The concession agreement would include use of the indoor kitchen for prepping, storage and access to water but not for cooking or serving. All cooking and serving would be from an area defined around the food truck.
